Changes in postjam version:
- Removed puzzles that cause ruleset inconsistency in the bottom left puzzle of page 9, and top two puzzles of page 16
- Removed a page 11 puzzle to make a mechanic slightly less obvious
- Removed page 24
- Fixed the top left puzzle of page 9 and page 22, and middle right puzzle of page 17
